Whether you’re body has tightened up from sitting too much or you’re a seasoned athlete, BetterStretch offers what you need.  Dr. House has developed this program based on his many years of physical therapy experience and has included the most effective and safe manual therapy and stretching techniques.  Try just one session and you'll feel the difference.  A natural result of improved postural alignment and flexibility is greater freedom and range of motion.  You'll recovery from workouts more quickly, sports performance will improve, you'll level up your beast-mode for those weekend warrior activities!  For some of you that may mean being able to keep up with your kids or grandkids and for others it may mean going that extra mile.  We specialize in making you feel younger.

Sessions are provided by highly trained Stretch Coaches.  BetterStretch is appropriate for anyone wanting to feel better, taller, younger, energized, unrestricted, faster (I could go on and on)…

BetterStretch is offered at the Spine & Sports Physical Therapy clinic in northwest Austin.
